Update: U.S. Solar Panel Manufacturers File Trade Case Against China

On Wednesday, two weeks after announcing the preparation of a trade complaint against China, a consortium of seven U.S. crystalline silicon solar panel developers, led by the largest U.S. producer of crystalline silicon photovoltaic (PV), SolarWorld Industries America Inc., have filed a trade case against China's solar industry.
