National Solar Mission
In India domestic solar manufacturers are up in arms over the government's decision to supply its National Solar Mission with imported solar cells and modules from other countries.
Solar power is a key to India's plans to tackle climate change, and last week the government said it expects to have 6,000 megawatts of installed solar capacity by 2017.
With the advent of the U.N. Climate Change Framework Convention in Copenhagen, a lot of attention has turned to the countries that use the most energy and cause the most pollution.
