I was taking a quick look at Leonardo DiCaprio's twitter account, when I saw he has posted on Facebook shots of the solar panels that were used to power some of the set for his movie Inception.

I know, I know, these aren't the exciting back-stage movie shots that Perez Hilton would run with, but it is pretty cool when the Hollywood A-list practice what they preach.
In a recent interview on Inception DiCaprio went into more detail on the solar-powered project saying that,
"A lot of this movie was made with solar power. It's the first movie I got to do with solar power. I had a conversation about it with Alan Horn, who's the head of Warner Bros. The generators that we had on the set were all powered by solar energy. It's going to be a big conversion to do stuff like that every day, not just in making movies but everything in the world. We do a lot of things in the world that are wasteful. We keep talking about this all the time. Hopefully, fingers crossed, with these small steps, we'll make that transition on a much larger scale in the future."
Well said.
The solar panels on the set were enough to power the entire base camp except for two trailers - about the equivalent of eight homes.
Here's another shot:
